Dr. Edward Dempsey is a very caring individual and you can tell he enjoys his profession. The Bay Area is lucky to have such a caring professional in the area to care for the health and well being of their pets.

I've been bringing my dog to see Dr. Dempsey for over a year now and we love it!!!

I have been with Dr. Dempsey from the beginning, and I can say without hesitation that he is absolutely the best around. He has taken such good care of my dogs and cats, with so much caring and compassion - not only for them, but for me, too. He is up on all the latest info and technology, and I feel very lucky that my animals can benefit from his expertise. He truly wants the best for all our pets, and I have never felt pushed to do anything that I didn't want to do. His staff are all wonderful - I feel like they're all part of my family. If you really love your animals, and want to do the best thing for them, this is the place to go.

Dr. Dempsey & his staff have helped tremendously many times. They have given both of my dogs beautiful healthy smiles! They are so gentle & caring & take such great care of all pets that come in. I feel like they truly care for the health & well being of your pets & are more than willing to help out with anything they can. I won't take my pets anywhere else after coming here. They are very friendly to all clients & always have smiling faces!

I've never seen anyone genuinely care about my dog (who was very sick with diabetes) the way these guys did. The vet Dr. Dempsey explained everything and I verified all his information as accurate when I researched things myself. My dog is a back to normal and I didn't break the bank. I was able to talk to the vet whenever I had questions. If you need a good vet, go here!

I was so glad to find such a caring vet for my new puppy. The receptionist took lots of time answering all my questions over the phone, before I even came for my appointment. When I came in, I was also impressed with the level of care and attention given to me and my pet by the vet. He listened very attentively and my dog took to him right away. That doctor has a real way with animals! I can't see why anyone would take their pets anywhere else for veterinary care. I've had several dogs over the years and I've been to several vets. I can safely say this is the nicest and most professional clinic I've ever dealt with.

If you like a small vet with front desk and staff who are not help worthy, or accountable for their mistakes this is the vet for you.

I made an appt. with one of the staff there before I left their clinic for a month in advance. I watched her write my name in their appt. book. A month later I had to reschedule the appt. for a later time and when I called, the staff informed me that I did not have an appt.at all. It was not a big deal since I was calling to set the appt. for a later time in the day. The person on the phone was extremely unprofessional and was not interested in helping with setting an appt. In fact she was argumentative with me, leaving me in the position of feelings as if I was lying to her about my appt. I had set a month prior. She told me that they performed surgeries at lunch and I could drop my puppy off and they could do it later in the afternoon.

I will be taking my puppy along with my business elsewhere. Staff like this should be a huge consideration when operating such a small clinic.
