Provided by YP.comI went into Bel-Furniture on 8/3/2024 around 12noon.Initially upon entering I got a a bad impression. I felt overlooked because I was passed over by 3 employees. Nobody greeted asked if I needed help etc. I decided to make my way to the second-floor and see if I could help myself. I was instantly greeted by Larry Cheneay(who, even though already assisting someone) stopped greeted me, said give me one moment. He returned to assist me with my needed. I must say Larry scored 1000 points with me today. Which is why I decided to change this review around. Larry is very professional, kind, knowledgeable and most of all patient. Even though I changed my mind twice he never wavered from his professionalism nor Patiance. He took his time explained everything to me, showed my options and even gave me time i my undecidedness to "My mamma told me to pick" lol. Larry is an awesome sales rep.I had to do this review. Without encountering him I probably would have left and never returned. Instead, I went home and told my family & friends about Bel Furniture and Larry Cheneay.I recommend everyone stop by but most of all see Larry. Thank you, Larry, for assisting with my dining room set. YOU ROCK!!!!! Keep doing what you do.

Provided by YP.comWonderful service and furniture! I was hoping to find a couch with some color - the furniture throughout the store is brown, beige, and grey. It would be a good idea if they had furniture in a variety of colors and patterns.

Provided by YP.comOn 1st delivery, a table leaf was chipped, leaves clearly did not match the table, and there were large gaps. They tried to push us into signing for it as acceptable to make their numbers look good but promising to replace the table top.
2nd time, a leaf was not cut properly, the table would not come together at all, lacquer was missing in spots.
Then, we received a phone call from a Star Furniture rep with an attitude. She began in an accusatory tone: "So what is wrong this time?"
On 3rd attempt, when they didn't show, our salesperson Nancy Turner claimed it will be another 20 min, they showed up 3 hrs late. They discovered that prior installers stripped a bolt and we need a new base. I then received a call from another rep with: "Ma'am, we can't just continue sending you table parts!" (?!?!?) They sent a tech who said we needed replacement hardware. Then a letter arrived stating part should arrive within 90 days and should my warranty expire, the installation would be at my expense.
