The dedication of the staff to customer service is extremely valuable to me. Nancy does a great job in my nails every time. Their prices are very competitive. I can only hope that they were opened on Sundays.

Do not go to this place! I went to this place just the other day because I was in the area and I was extremely dissatisfied to say the least. They did a horrible job on my white tip solar nails. The lady who did them just rushed through my nails and did not do what I requested at all. She was not paying attention to what she was doing and kept filing my nails down. She was done in less than 30 min that's for sure. The end result was that my nails are VERY UNEVEN and SO SHORT! And now two days later, one of my nails just chipped off! I'm debating whether to go back and ask them to fix them when I made a comment about my nails being really uneven before and they did not seem too concerned about costumer service. I am not one to usually complain about service but, this really pushed my buttons.

I will not be back! when I went in,the place has a odor of bad smelling. The nail tech didn't open up the pouch with the sterilize implements for the service.There were 4 technicians all speaking in their language and never acknowledged me. The lady doing my pedicure made phone calls while doing my pedicure...she cut one of my toes...during the middle of the procedure she went and worked on another woman and then cashed her out and handled cash. she also used the same utensil on me for my heal as the 2 people next to me with out sterilizing.
