I can't speak to the quality of wigs that Billie Jean's sells but I can say that I would be very hesitant to do business here. I seriously question the integrity of the owner and would prefer to deal with a more honest business.
I have to believe this business is receiving kick-backs from the towing company they use to tow innocent customers of the surrounding businesses. I actually parked in front of the store after business hours to grab a taco at Torchy's Tacos next door. When I returned to the location of my vehicle it was gone. Upon very close inspection I noticed a sign tucked under the awning that simply stated "customer parking" and indicated a number to call to retrieve towed vehicles. There are a couple of problems with this. The sign was not clearly visible (it was covered by the awning), I was a "customer" of the businesses along that location (the parking lots touch one another), and when I called the number posted no one answered (I tried several times before I had to walk across the street and get an alternate number from KFC). I feel like I got hustled by Billy Jean and the tow company.
You can take this review for what you will but I wouldn't take my chances doing business with someone like this.

Billie Jean and Cookie have a lovely shop that made me feel so comfortable when I needed a wig due to hair loss. Billie is a cancer survivor and was very warm and welcoming to me. Thanks to them I don't feel so self conscious about my condition and I really do look and feel great in my new hair style.
