Provided by YP.comFrom its opening, I have always enjoyed the food and the view at Brady’s Landing on the Houston Ship Channel. Large ocean ships pass right in front of the windows. Last week I invited a business associate for lunch. Since we’re both involved in marine operations I figured he’d enjoy Brady’s Landing. Most of the other guests were in business casual attire; even a few in jacket and tie. Just when we were about to get our food at the buffet, 4 workers came in; straight from a dirty jobsite. They wore mud caked pants and shirts that had not seen a washer in weeks. I was embarrassed that I had taken my guest to this place. In the thousands of restaurants I have frequented, I have never seen anything like it; not even at fast-food places. The dirty men sat right behind us and the wait staff did not mention anything about a minimum dress code; like wearing clean clothes. Judging from some of the other reviews, management does not seem to care.

Provided by YP.comMy family took me there for my birthday and it was very disappointing. The only menu we received was for barbeque, I was there for the seafood. The waiter did mention that they had a blackened redfish on special, priced at $22.00 and so my husband and I decided to have that, I expected a blackened fish with vegetables, and we got ONE filet of the fish with green beans and rice along with one carrot. My daughter ordered the baked potato and could not decide whether to get the chopped beef or the pulled pork to go with it and the waiter made a face at her like she was taking too long to make up her mind. The freaking place was deserted, except for the wedding party that was in the event room we were the only other people there and it was a Saturday evening.
The outside of the restaurant looked like it could of used some landscaping and someone to mow the grass, it was overgrown and looked like a vacant lot. I did enjoy the view of the water and some cargo ships, since it is the ship channel. All in all we would not go back there again.
I did read a review (2009) from someone who said that they were putting money to make improvements to the restaurant and surrounding area, they must of decided not to because it looked neglected.

Provided by YP.comBradys landing did not respect my contract. The wait staff was rude to my guest, telling my guest to get themselves up an serce their own tea. My contract stated they would serve the cake, staff did not want to serve the cake. They did not have the champagne ready not did they want to serve it. I had to leave the banquet hall while an important part of my daughter's event was taking place to go and ask them to serve the champagne. The food was cold and they were serving guests partial meals. Overall, I would not recommend Brady's Landing..
