A fresh coat of paint and new name don't make up for roaches, awful pavement, lax staff, and thin walls. Caveat emptor.

This is the WORST apartment i have ever lived in

The manager Christopher is RUDE and doesn't know how to handle this business

Hey if you don't like your job find another one

I have never given his reasons to be mean

I'm not a problematic person either I am very calm

There are roaches everywhere

I mean everywhere even in my fridge or they fall in my food while cooking

There is mold all over the house

In every room there is mold

I have cracks all over the edges of my roof and random holes in ceiling and I have seen

The roaches going in and out of it

There is never any parking spots

Horrible apts sand staff

Unethical parking and towing practices in effect, beware. I am clergy from my church and was there last night for only an hour administering to a tenant who is sick and my car was towed. I parked in an open unmarked spot without signage telling me not to park there. Lots of construction "debris" and an inoperable security gate at the entrance with no indications you cannot park there. A very small inconspicuous sign at the entrance warning unauthorized vehicles will be towed. Basically my car was stolen and held for ransom. What a nightmare. Update: found out the next morning the tenant whom I was visiting also had her car stolen, I mean towed. Tenant spoke to Chris H. who was rude and unprofessional did nothing to help, blaming my friend for the situation.
