I ordered a two book set and only got one.I was told it would take another 7 days to receive the other one.I received an email that my order had been re- somthinoruther two days after I ordered it didn't state any details,so I had no clue I had a book missing until my package arrives at my house .so I called and talked to their clerk,I explained everything and still no service they didn't have the book at all anyway they had to have it shipped to them and then they would ship it to me. time lost I'm going to be out of town when my book arrives at my house ! They did offer a refund on the book ,how long would it be before I got my money ? Time lost,wait on money,order another book they keep 15% restock fee? If you don't want to be over a barrel don't order from browns book store once you entrust them with your hard earned money 491.61 they do what they want!
