Not only was the parking lot crawling with prostitutes. but our room had bed bugs. and the water was cold. can I get a refund. worst experience ever.

worst place to stay in Houston. roaches, and mildew odor, wet sheets, dirty floors, had to ask for my money back and they would not give it back, bad attitude also. will never come close to staying here again.
