I went through the burger king drive through today and was met with very rude treatment. I placed my order through the drive through box and I wasn't told my total. And also I wasn't warned about the wait that was in store for me. Once I placed my order and drove up to the window there was a car infront of me at the window. The manager from what i saw was walking around with a very bad attitude, one cashier had her back pack on in the food preperation area and the manager placed the cash drawer out infront on the OPEN drive through window. After a 15 min wait I we were finally able to drive up but by that time my appetite for burger king had already pass. SO I asked the driver to ask the cashier at the window to cancel the order BUT the cashier didn't even acknowledge the driver HOW RUDE! I can atleast say that this burger king has made me not want to dine there ever again!

TWO WEEKS AGO I STOOD IN LINE FOR MORE THAN TWENTY MINTUES FOR A SHAKE TOO ONLY BE TOLD ONCE I GOT TOO THE REGISTER THAT THE SHAKE MACHINE WAS BROKE...NO SIGN ARE ANYTHING WAS DISPLAYED TOO INFORM YOU A HEAD OF TIME...THEN LAST FRIDAY WHEN BY AGAIN THIS TIME THROUGH THE DRIVE THUR GOT TO THE BOX THE SHAKE MACHINE WAS STILL BROKEN AND ONCE AGAIN NO SIGN UP FORE WARNING YOU...SO TODAY JUST TOO SEE IF I CAN FINALLY GET A SHAKE I WENT THUR THE DRIVE THUR AN YOU GUESSED IT THE SHAKE MACHINE IS STILL BROKEN...I ASKED THE LADY AT THE BOX DO THEY PLAN ON FIXING IT,SHE REPLIED SHE DON'T KNOW NO I'AM SORRY FOR THE INCONVENCE ARE ANYTHING....
