My sister and I went to this shop in january and a woman named Fatima did our hair. For starters we had an appointment at 12pm and didnt get started until 3pm. i wanted a bob cut, without cutting too much length off and she cut my hair up to my ears. My hair use to be at my collar bone and now i cant even put a rubber band in it. my sister wanted highlights and she dyed her entire head bleach blonde. she never told my sister that she had to bleach her hair and she never told her how to care for it. till this day my sisters hair is fallin out because of the bleach and im having to wear a weave until my hair grows back. i would never recommend her to anyone. she is unprofessional and not business minded at all. we even tried to ask her to reimburse at least half of what we paid and she offered $20.00! Even when u walk in the shop you get a bad vibe. Nobody speaks, they just stare like you're from out of space! They all need a few lessons in professionalism. whoever owns this shop doesnt know who they have workin for them and if they do know, then they must have a problem too.
