My son received his braces at Almeda Dental Group on Holcomb. At first when medicade was paying for services customer service was good. The state of Texas stop paying for braces due to fraud. I elected to keep my sons braces on and pay for the maintenance out of pocket and that's when things went bad. First of all this is the rudest staff at a doctors office I have ever seen. They don't speak or great you when you walk in. By the way they treat you, you would think they where paying you to come here. The waiting room is always pretty empty but you will still have a long wait. When you ask to speak to the doctor (NEVER) three different people will come and ask what the situation is but you will never be able to speak to anyone except the rude as staff. I know my business may not mean much but if enough people come in and feel the same way then your business suffers. By no means am I complaining about the doctor , he is very nice but I don't think he knows how his staff treats patients.

I ENJOYED THIS DENTIST OFFICE. MY SERVICE WAS QUICK. WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE WAS THE LADY WHO WORKED ON ME. I STILL FELT THE PAIN UNTIL A MAN CAME AND NUMBED ME. AFTER THAT THE WORK WAS DONE WELL. I WAS ABLE TO GO BACK TO WORK AFTER A ROOT CANEL. TOMORROW I WILL BE GETTING A CROWN AND WILL BE POSTING MY EXPIERENCE. ALSO I AGREE ON THE OFFICE NOT BEING SECLUDED. WHILE I WAS LEANED BACK IN THE CHAIR I COULD LOOK OVER MY SHOULDER AND SEE THE BACK OF ANOTHER DENTIST WORKING ON ANOTHER PATIENT.

Best is their promptness, and good communication with me. I have always been able to bring all my children at the same time which is very helpful to me. Every time we are here my children are treated in one appointment so I rarely have to return. Everyone is nice and the kinds never mind coming to this office.

They take their time with patients and are very informational. It is a friendly atmosphere, works at a fast pace, and provides lots of information.

What stands most out for me is Almeda Dental's convenience and friendliness. And in addition they're fast.

The staff at Almeda Dental is very polite. I enjoy coming here, and they are very good with children.
