Provided by YP.comI been going to Cafe Layal for the past few years. I have never expierenced any problems. I love to go on the weekends thats when there the most crowded its a great atmosphere an a real chill place to relax. I go mostly for the hookah they have a variety of flavors an not expensive like other places on Richmond. They play good music an the people i have encountered are friendly. I have tried the food there its pretty good depending on what you get. Its a great a place to go with friends to have a good time.
