My computer crashed and I thought I had lost all of my files. A friend referred me to this company in the heights and what a savior they were. They were able to retrieve my data and fix my computer that same day. Staff is very friendly and took the time to explain things to us computer illiterates in a more understandable language. Thanks again!!!

I can't begin to tell you what a find these guys at Caltechsys are. They are so nice and I so appreciate how they helped me out with my computer.

Words can't express how thankful I am to have worked with Richard in diagnosing my Dell Inspiron 6000. He assessed the situation and realized it was something he could work on remotely. Richard was very pleasant to work with. I desperately needed to use my computer and thanks to Richard's patience and support we were able to get it up and running. He went above and beyond to make sure I was squared away. This is the kind of person/team/company you want to do business with. I wish there were more Richard's in the world who take pride in what they do and truly enjoy their profession!!!!!

I called them and they told me what to do and then i fixed witht them i got some experience.

My computer was not responding and then i called Caltechsys and then they were having a hard time fixing it they did not even take a break that day until they fixed it so then later on that day they told me to shut it of and then back on so i did that and then they told me to connect back to them then the computer started to work thank you!!

they can fix anything now that i have seen what they can do i had a virus on both of my computers and they just got it off in like a day they are amazing. thank you!!

They will try all that they can to just fix your computetr thank you so much and thank you for fixing my computer so quickly thank you and thank you again

They have most things in stock, but warning they do not return items. If you have looking for small hard to find pc parts you may as well take your whole pc down and try it out there than waste your money.‎
