Machines pulled off my side flap (BMW). They reimbursed me for professional repair but machines continued to damage same flap. Months and many washes later a flap on the other side of car was ripped off. They basically said that it does not matter how much damage their machines do, they don't have to pay anything to anyone......period! The fact that I was reimbursed shows that responsibility was taken so this would be an easy win in court. I may find the time to force them to a face to face in front of a judge but for now, my insurance has taken my side in the matter. Stay away from Carisma Wash!
