Excellent customer service and some of the nicer people I have ever met. Mr. Phong's service seems wildly out of place compared to the service I was given.

I would give these folks "0" stars if that were an option. My initial consult with the owner, Julianna, and her nephew, Matt, began with them showing up 25 minutes late to an appointment at my home (not a good first impression nor professional). During the installation process, their installers left my family room (where the fireplace surround, mantle and hearth were being installed) in shambles: they damaged my newly installed wood floors; left my floors and walls covered in dust/debris; scratched my custom built-ins and cabinets; and, discarded the unused stone remnants by leaving them in the middle of my garage.

After multiple attempts to get the company to reimburse me for the repairs I had to have done because of their shoddy work (emails and calls to Julianna and Matt began in early September), they finally agreed to issue me a check- that is, only after I filed a dispute through my credit card company in mid-September. In late-October, I finally received an email from Julianna, who informed me that Matt was no longer with the company, asking whether I had signed "the documents" they requested in order to issue reimbursement. What documents? I never received anything from Matt nor was I asked to sign any documents.

In early November, the company Comptroller, Sandra, sent me an email insisting that I sign and have notarized "releases" before they would issue payment; which I subsequently executed and mailed back to them (mid-November). To date, I am still waiting to receive the reimbursement check from their company- a breach of the signed agreement. Multiple attempts to reach both Sandra and Julianna have gone unanswered since (my last correspondence following up on this matter was sent, ignored, on Monday, December 8, 2015).
