Definately chose someone else. I have never ever seen someone who is suppossed to be a service provider act like this man. Not only did he keep insist on taking us to the wrong places (after my GF who doesn't drink kept showing him on the phone were we were staying) he still refused to listen and went to other locations. When we gf asked - hey we your not going to charge us for driving around to places we keep telling you are wrong - he charged us anyway. Then when we got to Scottsdale Resort, and I went to pay him, I wrote no tip becuase this was the worst service I have ever received in PHX and you charged us for driving around when you should not have. He called the cops! The hotel had him banned for life and his company. The cops said - Tipping is optional - they paid you right. When he couldn't say no, the cops were through with him. Then when I get home and look at my accounts - HE TIPPED HIMSELF ANYWAY - This is not only Fraud but also Theft. Don't care about the amount but I will be charging him with both of the above and I am going to find out who regulates taxis in Phoenix and make complaints there as-well. Tottally uncalled for and down right criminal too boot! Making my GF who doesn't even drink cry and run to her room. This was this last weekend 4/17/15 through 4/19. He's company is also hidden - he uses a 3rd party billing and I can't get ahold of his company though I am now thinking he is the only one in the company.

Please choose someone else! The guy was harassing me because a colleague of mine gave him a verbal confirmation several days ago that he wanted to book a cab. My colleague didn't communicate this with me so I ordered a taxi for him on my own. The man in cab number 2373 said he "(my colleague) ruined my f****** day." I told him I apologize and that there was nothing else I could do. He said my apologies weren't going to help anything and again said, my colleague "ruined my f****** day." He wanted to call him, I apologized again and said he's on his way to the airport to Colombia. He said he wanted his phone number in Colombia to tell him about how he ruined "f******"his day. If he wouldn't have been ruded I could've sent someone else who needed a ride to the airport 30 minutes later with him, but being uncooperative and disrespectful I didn't want to use his services. I'm a small WOMAN and he's tall MAN. First of all, a man shouldn't talk to a woman they way he did. Second of all, it's horrible customer service. Third of all, we're the customer!!! I will never use this cab company and will make sure my friends and family never use this company either.

Red Sea Cab, taxi number 1317. 5.30pm, Nov 3, 2011. Taxi ride from Houston Hobby to I6 & FM529. On entering the cab music with a strong beat is playing but at a reasonable volume level.

Customer: Please turn the radio off I need to make some phone calls.

Driver: This is my cab and the music is for my comfort.

Cust: Please turn the radio off or take me back to the airport.

Driver: I can drop you right here. (We're on the highway.)

Cust: Please turn the radio down or take me back.

Driver turns the radio down but not off. I give him a break because it is now low level background music. During the 45 minute ride he slowly turns the volume level back up. I am done with my calls so I say nothing.



Cab fee: $82 but no tip paid because there was no hint of customer service.



Top left of the taxi receipt reads: "Remember that no condition is permanent"



I'll be happy to send a scanned copy of the receipt to whoever is interested.

Cannot read the taxi driver's name but the phone number reads: 832 630 6129



Strange experience! Not recommended.

Complaint 6/19/2011 approximately 1:00am. Driver Karaoyo Adulakadir Cab#1712 did not deliver services requested. Pick up was from Midtown Houston, destination was West Houston. For no reason, 2 miles from my house he decided to drop myself and one other passenger off at the race way gas station and demanded payment. This was not the requested destination and I refused to pay him. After I called for a ride to pick myself and my passenger up, and the ride arrived; Karaoyu Adulakadir picked up a large rock from a nearby field and threatened to throw it at my ride, the passengers, and the vehicle. We had to reason with him several times not to throw it. Shortly after this harris county sherrifs deputies arrived and I had to pay $45 for a service that was not completed. THIS MONEY SHOULD BE REFUNEDED IMMEDIATELY AND A FORMAL COMPLAINT HAS BEEN FILED WITH THE BBB regarding this incident. Action should be taken against this driver as he was not threatened in any way and for NO REASON should he have ever threatened the lives of the passengers in the vehicle or the vehicle istself! I expect immediate attention to this incident as I will take further action against this company and driver Karaoyo Abdulakadir.
