This business deserves a -5 star rating and I will NEVER EVER refer anyone, not even my enemies. (I only rated one star because I had to in order to leave this comment)

A friend of mine who is wheelchair bound went to Chelsea Nails yesterday for a manicure (it was her birthday) and she was denied service because she was in a wheelchair. I have visited this place a couple of times but I will not be returning. I am disgusted that they would turn away a wheelchair bound person, as if its not bad enough that they have to struggle daily with things that we take for granted, now they have to worry about business' like this one being asses and refusing to do their nails.
