It's generous.
Their's a Subway Restaurant there, that just relocated from a Gulf Gas ⛽ Station 🚉 on the other side.
While I wanted a Roy Rogers and Hardees Restaurant to open here! I've been to a Roy Rogers in Alexandria, Virginia in Spring Break 1984! While Hardee's was my Childhood Restaurant when I lived north of Greenville, South Carolina in Travelers Rest from 1978 to '87!
While I'd want Chevron to expand into South Carolina! Especially one must be constructed in Travelers Rest on the southeast corner of U.S. 25 (Gateway Parkway) and Hawkins Rd! Travelers Rest has gotten growth since Late 2011!
