good restaurant is cleanup for the day

Egg roles are good but the food was glimmering with oil. If you don't mind that, it's tasty. However, the waiter as well as the owner were curt and rude. When walking in 1.5 before closing I felt that the owner was annoyed by us walking in. We intentionally do not stop anywhere an hour before closing to avoid holding anyone over. I pushed this thought aside, but it quickly came back when the owner demanded we order immediately after the waiter gave us the menu. At this point, we were about to walk out but the waiter took our drink order so we stayed to not be rude. But, I wish we would have left. The waiter removed our plates before even finishing our food bringing the check over.

After paying at the front and heading back to leave cash for a tip, the waiter asked if we disliked his service as the owner had advised him we hadn't left a tip on the card.

It was very offensive to be confronted by a waiter in front of everyone when coming back to the table to drop off the tip.

Dinner before a show. Waiter seemed distracted & annoyed. Ordered drinks and app's. Before we placed all our app orders he started to leave. Called him back to finish our order. Asked for spring rolls, all out. This was at 5:30 in the evening. I ordered a bourbon w/ice from the bar. Served in glass a little bigger than a shot glass not worth the price. Ordered lemon chicken as this what everyone raves on. No hint of lemon flavor at all. More sweet than anything. Would not be surprised if waiter got order wrong. Ate it anyway. Didn't have time to reorder. Waiter did not ask steamed or fried rice, brought fried. Egg roll good, not anything special. Might go again and order the lemon chicken and see what I get.

This app is one of the best! Helps me find almost anything in a city where everything keeps changing. Very helpful!
