As we all know it is NOT EASY to find an Auto Repair Shop that you can TRUST !!!!



My wife was having what I thought was a starter problem with her car, so we took it to

Choice 1 Auto Care at 4420 highway 6 north Houston, Texas, 281-858-7888,



A lady my wife works with recommend Choice 1 Auto Care as we had NEVER been there. We were warmly greeted by the General Manager Gary Nolan.



My wife’s car would not make the same noise it had been making so we left it with Gary and he said he would call me when he found out what the problem was.



As Gary promised he called me very soon and informed me it was just a bad battery, he could have told me it was a bad battery AND a bad starter and I would have agreed because I have never had a battery go out the way this one did.



I am guessing to replace the starter it would have been $350.00 to $450.00 more and I would have never questioned it.



In this day and time this type of HONEST SERVICE is Very hard to find !!!!



After we left my wife’s car with Gary she was going to take my car to work, after dropping me off my car broke down about a mile from Gary’s shop in the middle of traffic, she called Gary and he calmed her down and got my car to his shop and repaired it also at a very, very FAIR PRICE!



I could go on and on about the FAIR PRICES, TRUST AND SERVICE WE WERE SO BLESSED TO FIND AT Choice 1 Auto Care.



Choice 1 Auto Care is also a VERY CLEAN PROFESSIONAL place of business.



We will “NEVER” take our cars anywhere else for repairs or oil changes.

I have been a customer here since they opened and get all my maintenance and oil changes done here. They are fast and have great prices. They gave discounts on countless occasions because I didn't have enough money. The manager, John, is so nice and so is everyone at the shop. Highly recommended. A+++.

Great service. First time here and will come back for sure. I was referred to this shop by my neighbor to do an alignment and brakes for my F-150. I called for an appointment and showed up on time. They welcomed me and finished my whole job in 3 hours.

Took it to claim my guarantee because the car's problem persisted after very little time of taking it there..I found out they never fixed it in the first place but instead they did something else due to a bad diagnosis.

I tried to negotiate due to their mistake but it got me nowhere.

I am very unsatified with their work, and very uncomfrtable with their etichs and lack of consideration towards me the client.



Even if the place is indeed a professional looking establishment, in some cases it is over priced and do not have the client in mind.

I wouldn't recommend it.
