If there were a zero star rating that is what I would give. I had to wait 2 hours (even though I had a scheduled appointment) to even be seen by one of the nurse assistants. Then I had to wait 30 more minutes to even see the doctor after I reminded a nurse that I was in the consultation room. It turns out they did not even have the service I needed. (The first thing I ever asked them a week prior to making my appointment was if they did TB testing). Ridiculous experience!!!! They refused to refund my co-pay because I was "seen" by the doctor. I seriously and honestly had to remind the nurse. The doctor then yelled at the nurse fo not telling me that ddidn't do TB testing. Any who, they referred me to the Harris County clinic that does do TB testing for only $5. Way cheaper than my co-pay too. I was a regular patient there, but now I will look for a better place.
