I took my car here after a minor collision and they repainted and flattened the sheet metal, reattached the bumpers, and gave the car back to me. They did NOT repair ANY real damage, other than cosmetic. The crumple zones were crumpled underneath the decent exterior, which would have caused the car to collapse in a collision. Holes were drilled in the frame so the bumper would appear to be placed correctly. The radiator was patched (and billed as replaced), which later ruptured, flooding the transmission causing me to have to replace it. My insurance company, Progressive, is currently battling them in court over the $5000 discrepancy. There was $5000 worth of work that was not done underneath the sheet metal. These people are con-artists. Owner Elaine Duplechain will be kind and accommodating to you, but beware, she only does this to get your business. She does not care if she risks your life in the end with her spotty work. Do NOT trust Elaine Duplechain or Collision Auto Repair!
