because my system seemed worse after he cleaned system of trojan spyware and virsuses I went back to question if that was possibly because I had moved the Cricket broadband modum (had hit against modum and was a little loose). Why did he want to act like he could not understand me and we had a communication barrier? We were able to communicate when I first walked in and over the phone. ??
