As a Garden Oaks business owner myself I wanted to keep my money local and use a business in our area, but using THIS Company was a huge mistake. My business has been around for 30 years and I have never been treated so disrespectfully in all my life. Our commercial freezer was out and we called CoTemp to fix it. They came out at the scheduled time and after inspecting the unit we were told the air compressor was out and that he would have to get with the dispatcher to give me a price to repair/replace. He later said he could replace part on the compressor and it *should* fix the issue. I asked him directly, "if it doesn't fix the problem, do you guarantee your work?" He said it would have a 30 day warranty. This sounded good to me, so he completed the work, I called the office to arrange a credit card payment of nearly $500 and he left. Well his fix did NOT work and we called back. A second technician came out did "something" and decided there was nothing else he could do.
