DON'T MOVE HERE! It's current name is Coventry North and it's a lawsuit waiting to happen. For starters, residents have no access to mail outside of business hours and days. Sometimes even the Postal Service can't deliver mail here. They also will try to cheat you in regarding late fees since they charge even though they don't adhere to posted business hours and days. They do close hours early and sometimes for days at a time unannounced even during nonholiday periods. There's no longer a drop box. The leasing office was "robbed" in January 2016 during one of their extended closures and the manager, Lydia Vilano, has/is asking residents for rent despite them having receipts and money stubs as proof of payment to cover her own irresponsibility.
