I was referred to Robert and Creative Lawn Service by the previous homeowners. I was setup on a bi-weekly schedule and they came out exactly twice before the problems began.



I received an invoice from them on Sept 17th and paid them online via credit card on Sept 21st. They were set to come out again on Sept 23rd and never showed. I sent several emails and called Robert several times to inquire if they changed their schedule and heard nothing back for several days. Finally I get a text message stating that I was behind on paying my bill and that they were not going to be servicing my yard anymore. I responded back that I received a bill on Sept 17th and promptly paid on Sept 21st. Puzzled by this I went online to check the invoice and at the bottom there is a history that states when the invoice was sent and paid. Robert insisted that they sent a bill on Sept 2nd which I never received. I checked and saw that the invoice was created on Sept 2nd but was sent to the email address of [email protected], likely the default value the billing system uses. It wasn't until Sept 17th that the invoice was actually sent to my email address which I then promptly paid as stated above. Several text messages back and forth and Robert refuses to acknowledge that his company made a mistake.



The lawn service was ok, but this was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you need lawn service I advise going somewhere else.

The owner was very rude. They messed up the first invoice and blamed us for being late.
