I worked with CSOA Solutions Inc. However, working with this company is very toxic and unprofessional. I write this review just giving some since of warning for whom ever they may consider for another position at this company. If you are considered for a position my best advice for you is prepare for a very unprofessional work environment. The company had a very high turn over rate. I saw over 10+ employees being fired at this company. However, majority of the time employees were being fired due to lack of patience from the management and fail to successfully train each employee on how to do each assignment. They give you an assignment and hope that you will figure it out on your own or if they are in a good mood that day they might tell you once. But, once you make one mistake you are threatened to be FIRED. Everyone even management has made a mistake. But, they expect for you to catch their mistake. Be CAUTIOUS!

I have actually worked closely with veronica cleveland in her office. she and her husband are the WORST, and the most RUDEST INDIVIDUALS I HAVE EVER MET. do not choose CSOA solutions for your help. she will take your money and not do what you trust her doing. she lies to ALL of her clients and forages doctors signatures! I hated working for her.! I have even went as far as reporting her to the EEOC. so I repeat, DO NOT WORK WITH THIS PATHETIC INDIVIDUAL.! take it from someone who worked WITH her.

wonderful service, affordable price, I would recommend this company without a doubt, I tried a couple other credentialing company's I found online all they did was talk but no results, this company completed my medicare enrollment in 3 months and enrolled me with all commercial plans, communicated with me through the entire process great knowledgeable staff, their experience shows through there work, very impressed. Ms. Cleveland is awesome. Dr. B.

I totally disagree with all of these reviews I have been a Client of Credentialing Specialist for 5 years and I have personally work with Veronica and she was very knowledgeable of the credentialing process actually she saved my practice lots of money because a previous credentialing company almost bankrupt me with their work, she worked with me on price and even setup a payment plan with me. I was honored to write this review, I have worked with CSOA many years and the company truly knows their stuff when it comes to credentialing; I would definitely recommend credentialing specialist of america; don't let a couple of morons below keep you from hiring an excellent credentialing company. I fully agree with the review below and then some! CSOA Credentialing is the WORST. They have absolutely NO IDEA what they are doing and will only put your company in serious jeopardy. I hired them 6 months ago to do the credentialing for my mobile diagnostic company and they did everything entirely WRONG. Veronica was supposed to link me to all Insurance companies that I contracted her for and after 6 months now, I am not only not linked to any of them, she did everything entirely wrong. She has been so aggravating to deal with and is completely incompetent. Also, her customer service skills suck. She is by far one of the most ignorant people I have crossed paths with! Anyway run and don't look back, dealing with this company is nothing but a Nightmare!

i have been a client of veronica and this so called credentialing specialist of america for two years. I have just fired them. I am the CEO and physician. These guys are the worst. They failed to execute the contents of our contract, blamed me for them not knowing I had hospital privileges (huh?). Failed to send mail registered to all government agencies even after they were told and I insisted and I would pay and on and on and on. But one thing veronica is very good at is taking your money. Take it from this solo family practitioner, going with this company will put your own company in serious jeopardy. Run like a rabbit. They are the worst.
