I really don't know where to begin. I can definitely say that this place has gone down the drain over time. I have rented at this apartment for a little over two years and I have definitely seen this place go down the drain. Since Thanksgiving, there is hardly no running hot water. I have been calling management about the problem along with other tenants and all I am being told is that maintenance is working on it but can't seem to identify the problem. To this day there is no hot water 90% of the time. What is so ironic and sad is that the serious roach infestation came around the same time the water went out. Of course, this complex has always had roaches here and there every now and then. I am a clean person but literally every corner I turn, there are roaches everywhere. All has come to a head, when I saw them running on top of the stove and in the oven. I have never seen so many roaches in my life and hopefully I never have to again as I am moving out of this third world nation tenement. Though I fully understand that this was never an idea apartment to be in from the get go but it's always just been ok to live in on a temporary basis. But now I wouldn't even recommend this place to anyone. This place is extremely substandard and uninhabitable. Fortunately I will not be residing here at this place any longer but I will be taking steps to involving the health department along with investigators to see that something is done. I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone, even if it was rent free unless you don't mind roaches all over the place and taking cold showers.
