Had negative experiences with this pharmacy twice. They were out of my prescription and when I asked if they could order it over from another store they said no. I called another CVS and they were out also, but offered to order it over no problem. I live in the neighborhood and love to keep my dollars local, but the CVS on 20th will not be getting my business again!

THE PHARMACY AT THIS CVS IS ALWAYS LATE WITH PRESCRIPTIONS THEY NEVER HAVE ANYTHING READY FOR YOU. I ALSO WANT TO MENTION, THE EMPLOYEES AT THIS LOCATION ARE INCOMPETENT OF VERIFYING YOUR HEALTH CARE INSURANCE. THE EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER. ONE OF THEM EVEN HAD THE GUTS TO RAISE HER VOICE AT ME HOWEVER, I HAD TO PUT HER IN HER PLACE.
