Absolutely terrible customer service!!The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I ended up at the ER 10 days after my visit due to them prescribing me incorrect medicine. After being informed I could not perform physical activity for 6 weeks, I gave them three weeks to provide me with a doctor's note for the time it was needed. Four days before it was due, they tried telling me it wasn't provided on time, then told me I had to spend more money and come in for a check up. Office manager never returned my call, as she only works two days a week. I won't be back.

I am so upset. I needed a my primary care doctor for my 19 year old daughter who moved in with me. I called Dr Fong's office and spoke to a staff member. I asked if she was accepting new patients and if appointments were available. I was assured they were, so we selected Dr Fong and her new primary care. My daughter called them on March 28,2014 for and appointment only to told that no doctor had an opening until May 28,2014. I hate the fact that I was so blatantly lie to. I plan on contacting my carrier and complaining and get a new doctor ASAP.
