I broke down on the express way 4/1/2019 and called for a free tow from the City of Houston to safely remove me from the expressway. D & C showed up. Tow guy was okay - except that he hooked his tow truck up to my TIRE RODS and RIPPED THEM from my vehicle. I called the owner the next day, he told me I was a liar, and that because I couldn't identify the COLOR of the tow truck (it was 5:30 AM- EVERYTHING was black) - it wasn't his company that towed me. Even though I have a RECEIPT FROM THE TOW!!!! I called and asked him to rectify the situation and he hung up on me. Waited 12 hours, called again and told him I was giving him the opportunity to rectify the situation before I called and complained the the City of Houston and the BBB. He LAUGHED at me!! He wouldn't give me his insurance information, he wouldn't give me the full business name, he wouldn't take responsibility for what he did. I just moved here from Tennessee and I'm 24 years old... the man has caused me thousands of dollars of damage and left me stranded in a city where I don't know ANYONE and he won't even TALK to me about the situation. I would not recommend this horrible company to even SATAN himself! I can't believe this has happened. I can't even get to work and I'm sure I'll lose my job all over a grown man's inability to be an adult and take responsibility for his businesses' actions. NEVER AGAIN!!!! I'm filing a police report and a complaint with the BBB - and I'm sure it won't do anything. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY WILL TOTAL YOUR VEHICLE!!!!
