I would NOT recommend this company!!! This company is the WORST at returning phone calls and customer service! Jessica told me it would be a week for the granite to come in, and that she would call me the next day to give me a definate install date. This was on a wednesday and come monday i still had not heard from her. She claimed her son was in the hospital. I finally got ahold of her and got my granite and backsplash installed. 1 day after granite was installed i noticed a large stain on my island countertop. That was the same day the backsplash guys were installing the backsplash. The guys installing the backsplash broke one of my under cabinet lights and laughed at the fact he broke it. That was all over a weekend, that Monday i called Jessica to report the stain and the broken light and she told me to let the stain sit for a day or two to see if it went away. On thursday when the stain had not went away i called her, she told me she would come out on either friday or saturday to buff out the stain and fix the problem. I have not heard from her since! This is the worst company i have ever delt with!

would not recommend this company. Although Jessica seems nice, she is extremely unprofessional and unreliable.



I paid 50% down, around $1700.00. She gave me a date to install my granite a week away. 30 minutes before the installation she called and cancelled. She wanted to just show up the next day but since I work and had to take the day off I could not just drop everything as she seemed to expect. The next time I could take off as well as the other people who were needed, a Electrician and a Drywall guy was 10 days away. They showed up 30 minutes late on that day. The Granite was installed but none of it plumbed as she told me it would be. She said they would cart of all the trash and old counter tops which they never did. I callled many times,she never returned calls. I had to pay a plumber to replumb all the sinks, that was another $1000.00 as well as pay someone another $100. to cart off the debris and the workers trash which included beer bottles they left.

Go elsewhere, I would not recommmend this company. Poor poor experience.
