My house was leveled in many places, but where they promised cedar shims very few were used. I found beams that were raised with old deteriorated wood that was found under my house. Several spots weren't actually leveled. After calling and complaining several times I found out I was only wasting my time. They have an amazing salesman working there!

The Dawson rep explained things perfectly and I was confident they were going to do a good job. They surprised me and did a fantastic job. No problems, great clean up, and a level home. Perfect!

Normally I don't write reviews but I was so impressed with the hard work and professionalism of the Dawson team. No hard sell here because they give you all the facts. Who knows what a scam Mandatory Arbitration is? I know now and I am happy to report that Dawson is not part of that. I recommend Dawson highly.

When our home started showing signs of foundation damage - cracks inside and outside - we knew it was time to take action. We called four foundation repair contractors and we felt that Dawson offered the most permanent solution. Plus the testimonials on their web site gave us confidence. They did a great job and we are very satisfied customers.

I would highly recommend Dawson to anyone needing foundation repair on their home. They take more time and materials to install a better supporting structure under the slab foundation. Impressive work crews and Bell Bottom piers means that you get a permanent solution.

Eight years ago, after a lot of interviewing, researching and pondering, we decided to go with Dawson Foundation for a huge project that necessitated us to move out of the house. They were the best professionals in the field, starting with Mr. Dawson, his associates and all the crews. We had a major problem a couple of months ago, because our slab was in poor condition. Mr. Dawson came in again, and was extremely fair and accomodating. His associates, Richard Morant and David Mayer are true gentlemen, very professional and knowledgeable. The crews are fantastic, they know what they are doing, they are very responsive and responsible. I cannot say that I enjoyed having them over because of the nature of their work, but I doubt there is a better way to go about it than what they have done. Do not look elsewhere. I cannot recommend them enough. They work with Accurate Plumbing and Chip (the owner) is also a gentleman. Those people know what they are doing and they do it well and no corners cut! I wouldn't do business with anybody else.

From the "diggers" to the top foreman the employees were informative, professional and took excellent care of the property. After a few weeks when the house was actually leveled I could "hear" the move of the structure. The gap in the wall around the garage door actually closed.
