In mid-September, I asked Allied Powder Coating they could remove rust and recoat my four foot outdoor metal sculpture/fountain. They did a nice job arranging to pick it up, completed work in a few weeks, and delivered it back to our home in a relatively efficient manner. Their work on the fountain was good not great. Evidently, they try to get off as much rust as possible, but there is no attempt to repair any damage caused by the rust, therefore some of the fountain surfaces were not smooth.



HOWEVER, after several weeks rust began to appear on my newly coated sculpture fountain. At six weeks, I asked them what to do. Initially, they told me to use a product named Simple Green which did no good. At my next call, they asked for pictures. After I sent pictures that showed considerable spreading rust at 8 weeks after their work was done, they stopped answering all emails. Very unhappy with Allied Powder Coating.

I went online to research Allied Powder Coating after seeing ad in magazine. I had some patio chairs and a couple of granite-topped tables whose legs needed to be re-finished. Powder-coating was a perfect solution. I filled out a request for service online and after a contact from their office, a salesman visited me at home to review what I wanted done. He was very professional and brought a variety of samples for the paint and many samples for the re-webbing of the chairs. He arranged for pick-up of the furniture. They arrived exactly as they said. Delivery of furniture back to my house was exactly on schedule. I was pleasantly surprised as I reviewed their work. The furniture looked better than when I had originally purchased it. The personnel at Allied - from the office staff, to the service staff to the delivery men - were very polite, professional and EFFICIENT! I can recommend them without reservation!!

Quality of work is excellent. Staff were very helpful assisting with color and fabric selection to refinish our old outdoor patio set. Pick up and delivery service was a great help. The set came back looking like new. Customer service is also excellent. Staff are friendly, courteous, and knowledgable. Great company!
