This place is the worst. If you're already living here then you know exactly what I'm talking about but if you're just looking, RUN!

I'm sure you're looking for a little more substance so let me give you a few "behind the scenes" observations.

1. It floods. Doesn't matter if it rains for 5 hours or 5 minutes, you better have your rain boots.

2. Price increases without warning. They've increased the lot fee every 3 months for the past year claiming it's too improve the property. BS!

3. Wild animals. It's a gated community but there are still wild dogs, feral cats, and cockroaches galore. You might say well, it's Houston, but trust me when I say it's going to be a problem.

4. The power and water cut out radomnly. Granted, some of this may be more of the city coming in and taking over but they typically give you notice before they cut services off. Management doesn't give you any warnings and close the office when it goes out.

5. Management is abysmal. Plain and simple, they don't care about you, your family, or whatever it is that you're concerned about. I know it's not there job to care but a little customer service goes a long way sometimes.

On the bright side, many of the residents keep to themselves and loud parties only happen on holidays but if you're nice, your neighbors take care of each other.

Trust me, keep looking!
