Left my car for the week while traveling on business, and came back to at least 5 personal items missing. Service department couldn't have cared less.

Very professional and customer orientated.

The Lifetime Warranty is implied to be DeMontrond when in fact it is an Edmunds.com product. DeMontrond owns it when they sell you the car and then when you try to use it, DeMontrond takes an advisarial position and blames everything on Edmunds. It is not what they SELL you...it's just a shell of a warranty to get you to buy at DeMontrond. It's false and misleading...a.k.a., a lie. It's all about "voiding" the warranty...you can't even change your oil. Do not believe what they tell you that you CAN go to other ASE certified mechanics for service...it's another lie. They will immediately threaten to void your warranty. You are required to have every single item performed at the same DeMontrond where you purchased your vehicle. Don't believe their lies. I gave them a 1 star because they didn't have a less than 1 star.
