I've always had a great experience at Dr. Bibb's office. The front office is friendly and cares about your time. I recently had a crown and I am pleased with the treatment. It actually looks better than my real teeth. Dr. Bibb did a custom color and gave me free bleaching. I have recommended this office to 2 of my co workers.

AWESOME OFFICE!! I was seen at this office and had a wonderful experience. I went in not thinking I would stay for treatment as I was looking for a second opinion. Like most people I hate going to the dentist and I am TERRIFED!!! As it turns out it was a good experience. The office is modern and in a location close to my job. The staff here is extremely warm and welcoming. I had a short wait before seeing the dentist, but I guess that helped me calm down a bit. I was taken back and had x-rays done while watching TV (it was a great distraction for me). The doctor I had seen two months prior said I needed 2 crowns, a bunch of fillings and a deep cleaning. The dentist checked my teeth and she explained all treatment that was needed....which ended up being much less than at the previous office I was seen at. I saw pictures of the teeth that needed work and it made perfect sense to me why she told me one tooth would need a crown and the others could be filled again but may need crowns in the future. I feel really great that I sought out a second opinion; it ended up being truly worth my time. The doctor is really sweet and easy to talk to...I would recommend this office to all my friends and family.

New to the area and I have a tough time finding a dentist I like. I walked in and asked for an office tour and to meet the doctor before I scheduled. That ended up being such a smart thing to do, and I was able to see the beautiful/modern office and ask the doctor all of my questions and the business office all of my insurance questions. I'm new to this insurance thing, so it took a while for me to understand my dental insurance policy did not cover much..bummer. I really endend up liking the office and staff so I scheduled for last Wednesday. I had some work that needed to be done, and I've had fillings before so I was not worried, but I had never had an inlay...so that was explained to me. After looking at some of the reviews on this placed I was a little concerned, but I had my nerves up that day and went for. Honestly I have to say I have no trouble at ALL with wth my tooth fillings or cleaning...things feel great and I look forward to whitening. I drink a lot of coffee and tea and my cleaning was so awesome and all the stains were removed I almost want to drop the habit to keep my teeth white. Only kidding. Design dental group has been a great find in my new neighborhood.
