BAD, BAD, BAD, BAD Customer Service! I've tried going to this location twice now, and they've been "closed" both times.



The first time I tried going was 3 Sundays ago. I was craving something sweet at night, so I drove out specifically to get one of the yummy looking desserts on their website. It was one hour before their posted close time, and when I got there, they were completely closed. I mean, it wasn't like there were even people inside still cleaning and the door was closed. The lights were off, the chairs were on the table, and there wasn't one car in the parking lot.



Trying to be fair and thinking that it was just a fluke, I decided to drive there again today specifically to pick up a dessert for myself and a friend. It was 1:48pm on a Sunday, and yes, their door was open and there were people in there. However, I was stopped cold at the door by an employee who informed me that they were in the middle of a private party. I was told to come back at 4pm if I wanted to order a dessert to go.



Yeah, right. I don't know how these guys stay in business, but twice burned before I ever even get in the door is more than enough for me. From the other reviews I've read, they're mediocre at best, but I wanted to give them a fair try since I LOVE desserts. There's too many other great places to eat for a customer to have to put up with such horrible service.

If you want wonderful desserts and fresh dessert order here. The food is to die for and the owners are oh so wonderful. I live in Atlanta now and still order for my friends there now, I have never had anything bad there. The brownies are out of this world!!
