It was recommended by a friend. When I entered with my family, a person was sitting who was eating pan. You can see that there is no hygiene at this place. All the sweets were no labelled and no price tag on them. Kanju katli had a different price than rest of the mithai and it cannot be included in mix mithai because of different price tag. The customer service person just cannot put out enough words to explain that. I saw a poster saying that "we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer". I asked the person to change the two pound mix mithai to one pound so that I can get a separate one pound of kanju katli. The person was upset that now he has to get a new box of one pound. I felt that I am being given a favor by offering the service. The whole experience felt like favor to me that product is being sold to me. When done, the customer service (who had red dripping mouth because of paan all the time) even didn't say thank you. I said Thank you to that person twice but he even couldn't say you are welcome.
