All I can say is that for the 2 years that I have had Direct, now that I had an accident, I have been without a car for 5weeks because they don't do their job! 2 weeks on appraisal. 1 week to get to repair shop and now 2 weeks because their appraisal is $4000. less than actual damage. I guess I got what I paid for!!!!!!!! Go cheaper, you get less.
