My truck was in a rear end accident back in November of 2014. This body shop did the repairs to my truck at that time. Unfortunately down the road I found some blemishes in the paint and the alignment of the vehicle and it was covered under Geico’s Lifetime warranty of the repairs. I dropped the truck off on Monday, April 27, 2015. I received a call from the body shop on Wednesday April 29, 2015 from Ken and was informed that my truck was broken into and 2 other vehicles were vandalized. Upon arrival to the dealership I was notified by Mike, SHOP DIRECTOR, that he will be willing to pay for everything and to not contact the police. They did not report this incident to the police at all what so ever. My truck was left in the outside parking lot with the doors unlocked overnight. My vehicle is armed with a aftermarket theft deterrent alarm system by viper and they failed to secure the vehicle at night as they promised. Another issue that was found, the radio amplifier and subwoofers that were stolen were taken out the truck in a neat way. No wires or any of the connectors are at all damaged. A police report was filed and even the police stated that this looked like an inside job from one of the worker’s at Don McGill Toyota of Houston. I would like to have this known public because I don’t want any other civilian to have to go through what I did. I am an independent contractor and I am self employed I left my tools in the vehicle with the knowledge that the dealership assured of the security they have in the parking lot over night.
The value of the radio navigation and sound system is at an estimate of $2,646.71 not including my iPod Touch with a value of 299.99

Provided by YP.comAfter getting a new drivers license and trying to get an oil change at Don McGill in the last year, it's a tossup as to which operation is the least efficient. Do not waste your time making an appointment online. On two occasions I thought that would help streamline the process. Wrong and wrong. The first time I left my car, went to lunch, then went for a walk. Since almost two hours had passed by the time I returned to the dealership, I was pretty confident my car would be ready (was just getting a state inspection and oil change). But they hadn't even started on it. Stupidly, I tried again recently. After an hour and 20 minutes and with service not having been started, I complained and said I was leaving. But my car wouldn't start because they leave the flashers going on cars in line. So I was left waiting another 15 minutes before they jumped my car. Needless to say, I won't be stupid enough to give them another chance.

We like the professional service there, everyone are so friendly. I purchased two cars for myself with Mr Johnny Wong. He has a very professional attitude with us. Johnny was very patient to explained to me about the cars. He explained the dealer's promotions for the vehicle I wanted to buy. I got a good deal for my Camery and my Sienna. My sister wanted to a new car for her son. So I refer her to visit Don McGill and request for Johnny Wong. She came home very happy with her son's new car. Thank you Mr Wong to helped me and my family, I will definitely referral all my friends to visit Don McGill for Mr. Wong as their salesman.

Provided by YP.comI just bought my first car (2013 Scion tc) and this great experience is all thanks to JOE CALZADA!!!! He was so friendly and was such a hard worker! I don't think any other dealership and salesperson could have been more respectful and understanding. Joe was patient in answering ALL of my questions and made sure that even after I left with my new car he's available to answer any future questions. Joe was awesome in getting all the paper work done and that the financial aspects were working in my favor versus killing me and making bump down to car I didn't want or was hoping for. I seriously couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Provided by YP.comLet me start by first saying, that buying the 2010 yaris id been looking for with super low miles was outstanding, my credit passed and the contract signed and the keys delivered in hand bout 3 days later. Awesome right, well here's where don mcgill ruined everything, its been a nightmare ever since, seeing as i had just bought a car, my family and i went on vacation, it happened to be i got my dream job in Florida, well the financing fell threw, the only reason i found out is that i called to see what was happening with our payment book, it took the "finance specialist" almost 2 weeks to return our calls and emails, totally disregarding the experation date on the paper plates they gave us, even after sending him a picture email of the expired plates, so we couldn't even drive the car, and now hes demanding we return the car!! how?!?! how can i do this with no plates am i supposed to drive a car threw 4 states, and they told me its my fault for taking the car to florida,( i thought i had bought a car, not rented one, where i take MY car is my own business) and that i should incur the 700 dollar cost to drive the car back, taking 3 days off of work to return the car. now my family of 5 is stuck in florida with no car and these guys dont even care that they botched the financing from the get go, and the sales manager just kept saying, your gonna have to return the car, dont do business with these guys, super sketchy,

Provided by YP.comMy car buying experience at Don Mcgill Toyota Houston Tx was a great one. I shopped the other dealers and they did not give me all the information I requested about my 2012 Camry. Ken Westbrook is affiliated with my credit union and they told me to call him. When I called him he was very nice and emailed me all the specifications of which I wanted. I went to the dealership, picked the car out, and he explained everything about my new Camry. I would recommend everybody to Ken if they want to buy a new car.

Provided by YP.comThis is the third car I've bought from ken Westbrook at Don Mcgill Toyota on I-10 and Kirkwood. The first was a Camry, the second a Tundra truck, and this one is a 2012 Prius. Ken is very nice and knows about his toyotas. He explained the Prius from top to bottom, we will definitely come to see ken on our next purchase.

Provided by YP.comMy friends told me to go see Ken Westbrook at Don Mcgill Toyota at the I-10 and Kirkwood exit Houston Tx. I looked over the internet and shopped all over town. One dealership told me they had the 4 runner but when I got there they said they already sold it. I called Ken he said he had the vehicle and would hold the keys until i got there. He told me every detail of the 4 runner includiong showing me some minor scratches. When I got there he gave me the keys, we went for a drive and it was exactly what he said. I love my new 4 runner, thanks Ken. I will tell all my friends about Ken Westbrook.
