Everyone(Doctor/staff) was Very helpful. They guide was throughout the process and answer every question whenever asked.

Wow, just wow! I loved everything about Dr. Williams' team. Connie was amazing too! Very attentive and patient, she was there every step of the way through the sad tears and happy. They took all my concerns (relevant or not) with the same attention and care. I am beyond pleased with my experience! Thank you guys so much for making our dreams come true!!!

Dr Williams is very confident in what he is doing and makes his patients feel relaxed and informed about the processes. Nurses are amazing and helpful as well. I have recommended Dr. Williams and his staff to co-workers and friends because of the great job he has done for my family.

Thank you for all the care and guidance! Dr Williams helped to build my dream family - a boy and a girl. It has been a long journey, but it has been incredible experience. We are beyond thrilled.

Dr. Williams, Joy, Connie, and Patricia are the DREAM team. We were successful at every step of this process and it is all because of the great staff at Aspire HFI. Communication and detailed next steps were important to us and they took the time to answer all of our questions. We felt that our treatment plan was tailored just for us (40+). We are pregnant with our first baby girl and we owe it all to this team.

Dr Williams is very detailed and takes his time to explain the patient. He is very gentle and cares, his staff also is. I have nothing but to thank HFI for their successful services once more, I am a lucky woman and we are a lucky family of four now in the best hands.

It was fenomenal from the beginning to the end. He is an A-W-E-S-O-M-E dr. He listens and always make sure you have what you need when you need it.

My experience with Dr. William has been nothing but amazing. Love all the nurses and clinical staff they show so much compassion and empathy. Always there to answer any questions that I may have.

Dr Williams was always very optimistic about the whole process even when I had two transfers that did not take, he remained optimistic that I was going to get pregnant.

Doctors and staff became like my extended family and they made me feel comfortable and taken care of every step of the way.

The staff were all very friendly and prompt in their responses to me. Joy, Patricia, and Connie, my nurses were all very helpful and answered all my questions on site and on the eivf portal. Dr. Williams was very professional and knowledgeable and he did a great job letting me know what to expect. He was very skilled during my transfer and took time to answer my questions thoroughly. I would recommend the staff at HFI and Dr. Williams.

Dr Williams took his time on explaining us ( my husband and I) all the process and procedure. The eye contact helped me to trust on all what he recommended. After 2 IVFs cycle I am happy to say that I am expecting my first baby. The nurses gave me all the support and always being there when I needed. I do a lot of questions and I always got all my answers!! Thanks HFI for making our dream true!!
