I expected more from this place after seeing all the "excellent" google reviews. I went in 3 weeks ago to replace my cracked iPad screen using a living social deal I bought. I went in 3 times before they were actually able to do the work. The two girls said I could leave it overnight, but I couldn't wait that long. After the screen was replaced (paid $20 extra for something internal that I wasn't even shown proof of) I found the top strip of my screen wasn't sensing touch. They used the same digitizer excuse as the other review stated, but said they'd replace it for free since that problem wasn't there before I came in originally. It's been almost 4 weeks and they still haven't called me back after "ordering the part". I've tried calling this place numerous times and no one answers the phone or returns voicemails. They said it'd be 5-7 business days max. Still waiting....





I'm very disappointed and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

This place is great. Quality work, using quality products. After problems with my Samsung Galaxy, I found out Samsung would not be as helpful as going locally. Great choice. He repaired it and I didn't need to wipe out the phone like Samsung makes you.

I came to this business to get my phone fixed knowing that most of these places repair your phone with cheap imitations of the actual parts. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I got my phone back it had a brand new screen on it which felt and looked just as genuine as when i first bought the phone. If you have to go fix your phone anywhere I'd go here!

I was walking in my house while playing games on my iphone and didn't remember that there was a speed bump there. I of course fell (Scratches on elbow and face) and broke the screan. I then went to Dr.Fixaphone to have it fix with little fee. I went back a day after to pick up my iphone it look just like the way I first bought it. Thanks Dr.Fixaphone.

Dr. Fixaphone saved my life, i had dropped my Galaxy S III that i had just gotten and it cost me $700 and i did not want to buy another, so i looked for phone repairs and found them, they did an amazing job and made my phone look brand new

Over last weekend, I ended up breaking my iPhone screen while I was hiking. There was a large crack going over the whole screen and the touch sensor was messed up. This left my phone pretty much useless. Dr. Fixaphone repaired my screen quickly and affordably. Was able to use my phone again before I knew it! Would reccomend this service to all my friends and family!

They saved me from going broke thats for sure!! My iPhone would go yellow screen on me all the time and my carrier didn't even do anything. I took it here, and my problem was fixed for a ridiculously low price. Go to them!!!

My Galaxy 2 was wigging out, running slow and shutting off. I thought it was the battery but when I put in a new one, it was still acting weird. I tried to reinstall the software but that didn't help either. Dr. Fixaphone was able to fix it and now its like i have a brand new phone. Highly recommend.

My iphone was acting up a few months after I got it and I was furious because I thought I would have to shell out a bunch of cash for a new one. Dr. Fixaphone took care of me and my iphone and saved me tons of money. Great business!

Dr. Fixaphone is a great place. As the website promises, most repairs are done within 30 minutes while you wait. Their prices are good too. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Dr. Fixaphone for any issues with any phones you may be having. The prices were very affordable and the customer service was very genuine. Don't give up hope on your phone until you try them because now my iphone works great.

I let my daughter play with my iPhone, long story short she dropped it. It went tumbling down our stairs(outside) and the screen cracked. I called Dr. Fixaphone the fixed it for a great price!! and I got it back quickly!!!

I dropped my Samsung Galaxy on the ground and accidentally kicked it while I was running in to work. Needless to say it was pretty damaged. I took it to Dr. Fixaphone and the service was outstanding. I got my phone back in no time.

Absolutely outstanding service!! Answered all questions and was an eye-opening wonderful price! I thought that I would have to shell out the hundreds of dollars for a brand new iphone5 after completely shattering mine but not the case... he was able to fix it flawlessly and looks brand new! Just bought a brand new phone and decided to go without insurance. After thinking I really screwed up and was going to break the bank for a new one. I called and they got it fixed right away for no where near what I'd pay getting a new one.

Wow! I was skeptical at first because it was so cheap, but when I got my phone back it was like new! It works perfect now, and the wait wasn't long at all!

If you have a phone that doesn't work Dr. Fixaphone is a good choice before deciding to purchase a new phone. It's way cheaper than having to go out and buy a brand new iPhone.

My Samsung Stratosphere was dropped into water and the screen went black. I tried the rice method but it did not work. I sent it to Dr. Fixaphone, I was skeptical . The phone works good as new , so I highly recommend Dr. Fixaphone before giving up and buying a new phone.

First of all I must say that I love Apple products and especially their iPhones, but still this does not prevail me from having troubles with them. Whether we are talking about iOS issues or phone technical problems, Dr. Fixaphone guys really did wonders and fix my iPhone like it was brand new.
