I’ve been Dr Esantsi’s patient for 12 years. Great Dr. Trust him with my life. He listens, always right with his diagnosis. Kind. Caring. But will tell you the truth no matter what. I highly recommend this wonderful Dr. You won’t be sorry I promise you.

This practice is horrible! I was referred by my mom who used to work with Dr. Esantsi at Kelsey Seybold as well as my coworker who is a current patient here. 2 yrs ago, everything started off as great. Well this past month has been a nightmare. I visited this practice due to sudden and constant bad headaches. I was referred by Esantsi to receive a ct scan with contrast of my brain. I was referred to the wrong imaging center which did not do cta contrast scans. I tried calling the office back for a week with no response to even my email. Finally, I called my insurance company who was more than willing to help me find the appropriate imaging center for an affordable price. However, they needed authorization from Dr. Esantsi's office and they tried calling for an additional week with no answer at either office. Finally, after 2 weeks, they spoke with someone who identified themself as Megan. She said she would work on the authorization, but this took an additional 2 days! Unbelievable! Finally, about 3 weeks after having these sudden bad headaches, I was finally able to get my cta scan done. Today is Tuesday, one week after my cta scan. The results were faxed on Thursday of last week. No call or email from Dr. Esantsi's office so I called today, Tuesday after 3 pm. A 10 minute hold later, I was told that they would have to look for the fax since they didn't "remember receiving the fax last Thursday." I am still waiting on that phone call! The practice is absolutely horrible and I would advise anyone against going here for anything more than an annual physical. No urgency from any staff here including Dr. Esantsi.
