If I could give zero stars, I certainly would. I have been a VERY loyal customer for over a year (multiple times a week kind of loyal), and have just received some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. First of all, my husband and I have asked them repeatedly NOT to put creases in our shorts and jeans, and the last 5 times they've had creases. When I told them about it they told me that I needed to be sure they add the "no crease" tags. Not my responsibility, but OK.

Then, I went to pick up a large order today and one of my Gap sweaters had a large hole right in front. I asked the man who appears to be the owner or manager about it and, after he pretended not to see it, he finally told me that I need to check my closet because something in my closet ripped it! What?! I know for certain there was no hole when I dropped it off. I wore it on a Friday, and dropped it off the very next Saturday morning. He was very combative and very rude with me and denied everything all while backing away from me trying to end/ignore the conversation. I told him that I would never be back because it's clear he doesn't care about my garments and then he told me to "get out!". Don't have to tell me twice.

Disgusting service, please never go here.

Absolutely the worst service ever. The owner is dishonest, disrespectful and unwilling to listen to his customers when a complaint is raised. They ruined a custom dress shirt and provided no resolution other than telling me not to come back again. Check their reviews and don't become a victim like me and so many others!

WOW! do NOT go here!

My husband and I took a women's black silk cardigan to Dry Clean Super Center on 11th at Shepherd to get it dry cleaned and when I picked it up, it was completely ruined and looked like it had been laundered instead of dry cleaned. It is now grey and powdery looking instead of black. I did not check the garment when I picked it up with several other items but I took it back the next day to discuss the issue. The owner was not there so we were told to come back later. When we returned, a few days later, we approached the counter and requested politely that the owner come to discuss the issue. We had every intention of remaining polite (people make mistakes) and working out the issue in some way. When he saw that the garment was obviously laundered, he claimed that we had washed the item at home (even though his store tag was still stapled to the collar tag) and walked behind the back counter 6 feet away. We requested that he come back to the front counter to discuss the issue and he refused. He was rude, disrespectful, and took no possibility of accountability for the mistake. We have seen him be rude to other customers and his employees several times in the past. In fact, after the owner walked behind the back counter on the day of our complaint, the customer next to us said that he had had a similar experience and "don't waste your breath with him". The owner then told us to get out of his store and never come back and that he was going to erase our account. We tried to reason with him, to just discuss the issue and he threatened to call the cops on us since we were on his property. His employees make faces when he is rude and seem to be scared of him but they are probably scared to lose their jobs... but that's another issue.

In my 48 years on this planet this is the WORST experience I have ever had with a business. They lost my clothes and claimed that I had already picked them up. This was not true and when I leaned across the counter and looked at the computer there was no "pick-up" date listed. I refused to leave and demanded my clothes. After 45 minutes they "found them". Regardless of their incompetence, I was forced to pay for this HORRIBLE experience because they refused to release my clothes to me until I did. AVOID this place. The manager is abusive, dishonest, and dishonorable. I am a mature, professional woman and he, repeatedly, yelled at me in front of the other customers in the store.

Worst Decision I Ever Made!

This cleaners finds it impossible to return the correct clothes to their customers. When you follow up on lost itmes, you are told the "manager is gone for the day." "Call me tomorrow." "Come back tomorrow." "I can't look for them." "The owner doesn't speak English, he can't help you." "Don't bother to stop in." Whenever I am in the dry cleaners lobby there are multiple people screaming that their clothes have been lost and they have returned three times to no avail. If you value your clothes this is not the cleaners for you!!!!
