Disclosure-yes I am writing this review out of spite. But honestly, I want to protect the general public from this disreputable organization.



I lived at this complex for two years. And during those two years I was a quiet, respectful tenant, who paid rent on time.



At the end of those two years this complex decided to treat me like a deadbeat and kept my deposit and demanded additional monies for fictional damages. And they had the gall to let me know that if I didn't pay they'd be forced to turn me over to a collection agency!



I have had a stellar rental history-clearly this enterprise is in the business of squeezing their tenants for every dime. Shame!



The facilities are subpar. Not enclosing the hallways to save on air conditioning is beyond cheap! Customer service is non-existant. If you visit the rental office plan to spend at least 20 min waiting in line to be serviced. They don't clean up after residents' pets. The walls are thin. There is absolutely nothing to recommend this place.



I wish I'd left at the end of my original lease term-lesson learned-never accept subpar service. Let your feet do the talking!
