EmailWe are a small group and personal training fitness studio. Our fitness classes are instructed by certified trainers and instructors which allows you to have personal training at a low cost. Our signature program is the "BOOST" class that is offered 5 days a week and focuses on abs every day and either the lower or upper body each day. Clients have lost as much as 50lbs in 4 months in this program. We are offering a special on the Boost class for the month of August where you get unlimited classes for $65! We also offer pole dancing classes, pilates, zumba, kickboxing, nightclub cardio and women-only fitness classes.
