I took my Samsung Phone t them and it was working fine. All it had was a cracked screen. After 4 hours, the lady there said that she could not fix the phone, that she had to take off the whole screen and when she tried to put another screen on with my Apps on it, she could not get it to work. She said that she would have to order a new screen. Keep in mind that the phone was working fine when I took it in and when I picked it up, I had to take it to a place in the Mall to get it fixed. Then man there said that she did not put on the right part, so he
had to take it apart and put it back together and order the right part. I will not ever go there again! Maybe they could fix a different kind of phone, but I would be on the safe side and take it to Sam at Willowbrook Mall at the Cell Phone Zone down from Nordstrom in the hallway of the Mall.They repair Smart Phones, Tablets, Laptops and sell products too.

Honest. Great prices. Great service. I have recommended them over and over to my friends because I was so impressed. Had to use them repeatedly and definitely worth the drive. Thank you, El.
