I had been ordering for a few years until now.. Had the worse phone experience today. I couple of co-workers and I called to place an order. When the lady began to speak really fast I told her to hold for a min just so I could quickly put her on hold and place her on speaker so all of us could see what the pupusas were made of and how much they cost. When I went to place her on speaker which literally was about 5 seconds we all heard her tell her co-workers "she just put me on hold, I don't have time to be on hold, I'm going to hang up on her". As she is saying this I am telling her ma'am I am right here but she could not hear me because she was to busy talking to her coworkers. Once she hung up I called again and explained to her what I was doing and had not took long at all to put her on speaker. So I asked if she could again tell me what the pupusas were made of and how much. She talked very fast and was rude. When I asked how much she said "I don't have time". Definitely will be taking my service else where.
