Worst experience of my life. I made a reservation for minivan three weeks before. But when I get to their office the lady (I forgot her name) told me that the van is not available. I told her that I made the reservation three weeks ago and I even received an email reminded me of my reservation. She said, she will call me if she can find a minivan. So I thought okay, I will wait for her call. But after two hours, there was no call. I was the one who call her and ask the status. She said, there is no assurance that she can provide me with a car. In short, I ended up with nothing. All my plans were destroyed by this office. I have already made my schedule and I intended to rent it for more than a week. I was disgusted and angry. I don't trust Enterprise anymore. They are not honest.
